  • Yes, appointment scheduling is flexible to accommodate clients' availability and preferences. Sessions can typically be rescheduled with advance notice, and efforts are made to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.

  • At Oh My Soul Vibes, we strive to provide excellent service to my valued clients. I understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service. To ensure transparency and maintain a fair approach for both my clients and my business, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellation Notice: I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments or services. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.

    Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of $50 USD will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with the lost appointment slot and any preparation that may have taken place.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to find another suitable time for you based on availability. Please note that rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation policy, depending on the notice provided.

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. This fee compensates for the missed appointment and the inability to accommodate other clients during that time.

  • I encourage open and prompt communication regarding cancellations or rescheduling. Please inform me as soon as possible about any changes to your appointment.

  • In certain extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, I understand that cancellations or rescheduling may be unavoidable. In such cases, I encourage you to contact me directly, and I will handle the situation with empathy and understanding.
